This week, I’m keeping the message simple. This week’s keyword is none other than COMMITMENT. To get through adversity, one has to make a substantial, solemn commitment to getting through ADVERSITY.

Next weeks’ keyword will be DETERMINATION. Building from ADVERSITY, COMMITTING to yourself and your community.

Whether you are in the process of giving ADVERSITY a big hug or coming through an adverse situation, you arrived by making a promise to yourself and being committed to seeing it through.

Even if committing is hard, and let’s not kid ourselves, in the age of COVID, making a lasting commitment in an ever-changing world will be hard to see it through. Keep at it. You WILL get through the ADVERSITY.

Commitment to yourself.

Commitment to your family.

Commitment to your community.

Commitment to your community. Helping those in need and quelling situational frustration with levity.

Commitment to be a part of the solution to eliminate COVID-19

Be Well and Be Safe
